The challenge

Each car passes through suppliers abroad, shipping lines, exchange rates, mechanics and buyers. Spreadsheets could not say what a car really cost, or whether a sale made money.

The approach

One system that follows every car from purchase to sale. A car’s cost is locked at the exchange rate on the day its shipment arrives, so per-car profit, stock value and monthly results stay exact. The money rules are covered by automated tests. Built with React, Fastify, TypeScript, Prisma and MySQL.

Status: Built and tested. Private internal software, so there is no public link. The screenshots use practice data (test chassis numbers), not real business records.
